What Is Face Mapping

Skin care is a priority not just a luxury

At Just For You Spa and Salon our Facial treatments are uniquely customized for your skin requirements. Our Day Spas staff are Demalogica

qualified face mapping professionals. The face mapping procedure provides the skin therapist with an objective view of your skin’s condition

as well as an indication of any underlying health issues that may be affecting your skin.

The first time you come to Just For You Spa and Salon you will be asked to fill out a detailed consultation card so that all your skin concerns

as well as any other conditions or medications that you are taking are known. This is to reduce the risk of adverse reactions and allows us to

follow the best possible course of treatment for your skin, carried out by our trained professional therapists.

(This card is kept completely confidential)

Face mapping,Zone-by-zone

What is face mapping?

Face mapping is a revolutionary approach to skin analysis developed by the international dermal institute exclusively for dermalogica

Just For You Spa skin therapists have the comprehensive skills and this unquie technique to analyse every aspect of there clients

skin dramatically enhancing not only the effectiveness of every treatment, but also making the prescription of a home care regimen

as focused on the clients' actual needs as possible.

The face mapping procedure provides the therapist an objective view of the skins' condition, as well an indication of the underlying health issues that might be affecting it. Rather than analysing the skin in general terms, face mapping divides the face into fourteen distinct zones, each with its own set of potential problems and unique needs. Using the zones and the dermalogica face map as a guide, the therapist is able to conduct an inch-by-inch, methodical analysis of the facial landscape, guaranteeing that the subsequent professional treatment and home care prescription will fully address each client's concerns.
